: We two are very busy student for at least another year. Thus, we decided that we would deal with serious buyers only. Backing outs are only permitted when we are in a good mood.

: Item(s) sold are not returnable and refundable.

: All prices shown are NOT including postage.

: We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services on several hotspots only in Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam and Cyberjaya.

Free COD is only at Cyberjaya, Kelana Jaya and Shah Alam (certain sections only, please enquire to know further) areas.
For other places outside free CODs, RM5 will be charged.

: Postage cost using Poslaju will be RM5 (West Msia) or RM8 (East Msia) per item. For additional item, RM1 for each will be added.

: We are sorry to say this as we will not be held responsible for any loss or damages incurred during postage.

: Payment shall be made to our Maybank account within 3 working days after confirmation; or otherwise booking(s) will be cancelled.

: Payment transfer/cash deposit receipts must be kept until we could verify the payment. Or to email us the receipt would be highly recommended.
